I am a multiracial, cis woman who endeavours to create a space where people can bring all versions of themselves and explore who they would like to be.
- I work from a strength-based and client-led framework where I regularly check in with clients for the direction of therapy and the fit of approach.
- I strive to foster a non-judgemental space and therapeutic relationship that can help form the groundwork to heal.
- Having worked in a range of settings from shelters, schools and agencies, I have developed an eclectic therapeutic approach which integrates creative approaches, Internal Family Systems, CBT as well as trauma/attachment lenses.
Through my work and training I have had the privilege to witness the power of the creative mind to make meaning and navigate life. I always look forward to building working relationships with clients through a creative process where we can ask new questions together.
