I am a BIPOC, first-generation immigrant woman whose lived experiences with culture, immigration, and mental health shape the way I show up in the therapy space. Growing up in an environment where mental health was often stigmatized or minimized within immigrant communities, I developed a deep commitment to creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and validated. I am particularly passionate about supporting Filipino/Filipinx, and other immigrant communities as they navigate cultural identity, family expectations, and emotional well-being.
My work is grounded in the idea that healing happens when individuals feel seen, heard, and supported in a safe, non-judgmental space.
My approach is integrative and collaborative, combining Person-Centred Therapy with ACT, mindfulness, and solution-focused practices, adapted to each client’s needs. I am honoured to walk alongside you with warmth and respect as you move toward healing and growth.
