I am an Autistic, queer, and transgender Registered Social Work Counsellor who specializes in supporting neurodivergent youth, teens, and adults navigating life transitions, identity, and everyday hardships.
- I frequently work with people exploring sex and gender diversity and/or neurodiversity.
- My approach to therapy is collaborative, person-centered, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming.
- I support clients with “unmasking”, building confidence around their Neurodivergent traits, identity and relationship exploration, navigating self-advocacy and boundary work, as well as navigating life transitions such as employment and school.
- With my background in the arts, I integrate creative practices to offer varied modes of self-expression, exploration and self-advocacy.
- I am learning ways that move beyond traditional talk therapy approaches, using body-based and creative techniques that support emotional regulation and encourage building body awareness.
I offer affordable fees and a sliding scale for my services. You can contact me at the link below to set up a consultation.
I am excited to have the opportunity to collaborate with you on your healing journey!
